After researching the collection of Indiana Impressionist TC Steele paintings at the Indiana State Museum we decided on this style to accompany a Steele painting in the permanant collection at the Ball State University Museum of Art. |

This piece was made after researching the techniques of Bernard Badura who was a student of Fredrick Harer, an influential frame maker from Bucks County Pennsylvania. |
